Final Post for 2010. Happy New Year.

Image
Annie in Barby, in "Dog Shit" lane, in 2000. With Esme in the pram, Bella and Oker. Bella is still alive at about 18, thats the smaller dog. We have come a long way from Barby, we now live in NZ. Oker moved to France with my friend Martyn Greehalgh, until he died last year. My beloved old boy. Bella had puppies in NZ and we have her granddaughter Trixie to carry the line on. Bella ate most of the Christmas tree chocolate, and washed it down with champagne that I dropped on the floor, lapping it up so fast, the floor was dry before I could get to it with a mop. Other dogs would have been very ill, but Bella seems to thrive on the stuff. I am surprised she doesn't smoke cigars. And of course Oliver Maillard was born in Christchurch in 2004. Happy New Year.
